FIRST DAY OF MY LIFE

Sunday was probably my favourite day of 2013 so far. My bff Jemima and I (we're self proclaimed hipster bitches who spend all our classes discussing typewriters, glitter bombing people and braiding ribbons into our hair and meet up after school every day to waste time and eat Randoms) met up and spent the day wandering around my suburb with a guitar and camera. We went through about eight packets of gum, god knows how much energy drink and a ton of cheese strings and discussed our plans to eventually start a band called Children Getting Eaten By Ducks whilst dressed up in glittery shoes, frilly socks and interesting coats. We pretended the band actually exist and that we were looking for the other members until we got too cold and crept back to my house to fan girl over Derren Brown and eat more cheese strings. 

Here I'm wearing my homemade flower crown, vintage coat, sequinned top my mum gave me for christmas, vintage dress, New Look fishnet tights, DIYed socks and Primark shoes. Necklaces are the usual ones or homemade.

These pictures are deceptively sunny- it was completely freezing and wearing fishnets was a really bad decision on my part.

My t-shirt here is from ebay. Rosina and I brought matching ones after we saw Led Zepplin Celebration a few months ago.

I almost never smile in pictures because bitch faces are too much fun so this is totally rare or whatever. It's kind of obvious here that I'm a complete and utter fail at guitar playing and every time I try to practise I just spent the time adding more stickers to it.

.We spent a lot of time in the corner shop buying every flavour of gum ever and debating which cookies to buy and the people in there started giving us evils so we left without any cookies. TRAGIC I KNOW.

So far 2013 has been very strange and half the time I feel like I'm living a Taylow Swift song and half the time I feel like I'm in a documentary about why teenagers today are hopeless failures.
